Project Description:
In lieu of money for St. Joe Paper Mill, we have a shortfall in bond payments.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
(This project is in the Governor's designated Area of Economic Critical Concern). The money will not have to be taken from the City's General Fund that is already being depleted from tax revenue loss brought on by the mill closure.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Will keep the police department and garbage department operating.
