The Santa Rosa County Board of Commissioners is willing to donate to the State of Florida a parcel of Navarre Beach land that has approximately one mile of pristine Gulf of Mexico frontage and one mile of Intercoastal Waterway frontage in exchange for a commitment from the State of Florida to build a state park on the site. The estimated value of this property is in excess of $50,000,000. |
