Purchase of hardware and software for Broward County terminus of computer network which links the information systems of Collier Health Services Family Health Centers, a family health center in Palm Beach, and Sawgrass Family Health Center in Broward County. The three linked family health systems can coordinate their purchasing, recordkeeping and data collection of patient outcomes. |

Cost-effective primary care delivery system to Medicaid, Medicare, and uninsured patients in this large urban region. When linked, they can realize significant cost savings in providing primary health care to the patients in these counties. |
