The LEAP(Learning Equipment Acquisition Partnership) program is a joint partnership between state government, school districts, corporations and AAHHFC to deliver a benefit to K-12 education.

To improve the technology capabilities of Florida's education system by replacing non-effective, obsolete computers at a below market cost.
