Project Description:
To enchance existing funds to create clinic space for CMS programs such as Child Protection Team, Preventive Child Development Programs, Cardiology, Early Intervention Programs, Cleft Lip/Cleft Palate.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
To plan the final phase (III) of the new Jacksonville CMS building, which will provide space for the above listed programs. Phase I and phase II have been previously funded. This $2 million will complete this project.

All facets of CMS will be housed in one central building
