Project Description:
Providing diabetes care to children in Northeast Florida.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Wolfson Children's Hospital currently provides care to more than 400 children with juvenile diabetes. Each year more children are diagnosed and receive treatment for diabetes -- a truly treatable childhood illness.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Quality of care; less hospitalization; reduction of other illnesses.
