Project Description:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The expansion will meet the identified remaining unmet need for dental and psychological services for individuals with epilepsy.  This request is in addition to the $500,000 appropriated last fiscal year for these services.  The DOH included this base funding in its request.  The base funding is included in the Governor's Recommended Budget.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Services Provided/Benefit to State:

 

 

 

 

 

The ESP providers will provide dental with epilepsy and psychological services to 990 individuals.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

 

 

 

 

 

550 individuals will receive dental services and 440 will receive psychological services.
