To construct a faciity to provide training/educational programs in, but not limited to, fishing, fish culture, cage culture, aquatic plant culture, financial management. Services o be provided for general youth audiences & low income families. Nutrition education, food preparation for low income & general audiences, and environmental issues pertinent to the area. |
