Project Description:
Construction of a 23,150 square foot clinic to meet the health care needs of the Perrine community and neighboring areas. Space in the current structure is not adequate to meet the epidemic/pandemic health care needs.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Medical, dental and environmental health services will be offered in an effort to improve the health of the community through preventive care and to address the disparities in health care services to minority communities.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increased health care access for low-income minorities; increased immunization rates; improved infant mortality; address racial and ethnic disparities in health outcomes.
