Project Description:
Multi-media campaign to raise awareness and arm the community with leading-edge prevention strategies that fight all forms of childhood sexual exploitation.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Fills a statewide void in sexual abuse prevention efforts. Television News Inserts and Public Service Announcements reach many families. Provides Florida's public schools, K-12, with a state-of-the-art child personal safety program. Distribution of Child Lures Parents Guide to every Florida household (parents and caregivers.)
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Statewide adoption of the Child Lures Community Plan will significantly lower the incidence of all forms of childhood sexual exploitation throughout the State of Florida.
