Project Description: |

To construct a facility to provide training/educational programs in, but not limited to, fishing culture, cage culture, aquatic plant culture and financial management. These services & activities are to be provided for general youth audiences & low income families. Classes on nutrition and food preparation for low income & general audiences, as well as programs on enviromental issues pertinent to the area. |
