Restoration of Henry Klutho designed prairie school apartment building to assist in the revitalization of Main Street in the Historic Springfield area of Jacksonville.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Restoration of vital historic and architecturally significant building. Creating business incubator space and revitalization of surrounding area businesses.

Completion of the restoration and occupancy by businesses as non-profit organization serving the community.
