Rehabilitation of Historic Ribault Clubhouse pursuant to the Florida Historical Resources Act, Section 267.061(2). Specifically, planning and construction documents will be completed for electrical, mechanical and plumbing to make the building code compliant and accessible for persons with disabilities. |

|
The Ribault Clubhouse will provide residents and tourists access to the natural and cultural history of one of the state's preserved areas on the Northeast cost of Florida. The building will serve educational needs of students of all ages. |
