Project Description:
Enhance the existing funds for the 3 statewide poison information centers to provide for increased workload and expense of continuing operation of emergency information service
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
poison prevention education and awareness to prevent accidental poisonings and cost, prevent inappropriate use of EMS and Emeergency Department facilities, and to ensure cost effective management of all toxic exposures

decrease in health expenditures related to Emergency visits and ambulance runs
