Renovate and rebuild an old passenger elevator that frequently malfunctions with passengers aboard. The elevator is about 40 years old. In addition, aging air conditioning equipment in the Courthouse Complex frequently breaks down, causing mold and indoor air problems for workers, residents and sensitive computer equipment. Many of the units are very old and need to be replaced with new more efficient equipment. |
