Many people with disabilities need services to maintain jobs they currently have. This number will grow as the years pass and assistive technologies allow this population to enter the workforce. This project will allow for funds to pay for these services, rather than using traditional workforce development funds. These funds are to be used only when an individual reaches his or her maximum placement level. |

|
Job coaches, personal care attendants, interpreters, and employer staff training are some of the services that would be provided. The state benefits because these people will be able to earn money and stay in the community. |
