This project include the acquisition of abandoned and/or vacant properties along Opa-Locka Boulevard to utilize them for productive commercial/business use.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
With the commencement of construction of the State Service Building, redevelopment of the downtown corridor will enhance the delivery and provision of goods and services to the employees and residents in the area.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increased tax base, employment opportunities, higher property value and will create potential investment opportunities.
