Project Description:
The Pasco Association for Challenged Kids provides a summer camp program for children with disabilities. The camp runs during the approximately three weeks from the end of the Pasco County District School Board's summer program to the start of the new school year. The program is provided for children who, because of their disabilities, are not able to attend traditional summer camp programs.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Approximately 40 children with a variety of disabilities will receive services. The services to be provided will include socialization, arts and crafts training, education, personal care skills and field trips.
