The City of Ocoee formally requests a re-designation of State Road 439. It currently is not conducive to truck traffic. SR 439 also includes McKey Street. McKey is the heart of the City of Ocoee's historic downtown. The City proposes an exchange where the State would acquire Maguire/Bowness as the new SR 439, and the city would assume responsibility for the current state roadway network of Bluford, McKey, and Taylor. |
