Project Description:

The feasibility study will determine how an integration of services 1) provides beneficial transportation services to the public, 2) is necessary for maintaining a viable system of Florida airports, 3) is eligible for Federal funding, 4) is cost effective in the expenditure of public funds, and 5) is strongly supported by local governments.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

The study will provide documentation of: 1) How the proposed integration would impact the regional transportation system, including economic benefits, 2) Forecasts of air transportation demand, costs and revenue, 3) A fiscal plan for airport development including potential funding sources, and 4) An assessment of the environmental and operational feasibility and justification for new facilties.
