Statewide Interest:

The Agape program serves women from all counties throughout the state.  The increase in female arrests is well documented.  The current system of treatment for female juvenile delinquency has proven inadequate.  The cost burden to the community effects areas such as criminal justice, health care, dependency, education and public safety.
