Project Description:
Construct new sidewalk for Village's main thoroughfare on Northeast 87th street from 5th avenue to Northwest 5th to Northeast 5th Avenues.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Safety for students and pedestrians who have no alternative but to walk in the public right of way in heavy traffic during the rush hour commutes to and from school.
