Mental health and substance services to African Americans who suffer from mental illness and/or substance abuse problems. Individual therapy, group therapy and day treatment services to those who need services but cannot afford the cost of care, or do not gualify for Medicaid. Also cost increased rents in an alternativr facility to the presently occupied. |
