The need of these services is documented locally as well as recognized on the national level with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

Project Description:
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Citrus County is dedicated to ensuring that our community's disadvantaged youngsters have greater access to quality programs and services that will enhance their lives and shape their futures. We need funds to keep our three sites open daily; after school, weekends and summer when young people have free time and need positive outlets.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
A decrease in teen crime, teen pregnancy and latchkey children. A decrease in the number of youth involved with drugs, alcohol and other dependencies.
