Project Description:
The City works with at-risk youth to redirect energy that might otherwise go toward criminal activity toward recreational activity - Program includes an in-depth training about several competitive sports as well as conflict resolution workshops and exercises.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Improved academic performance of elementary students in the area.
