Project Description:
Aquire several, smal contiguous parcels (assemblage) for commercial and/or mixed use redevelopment on a state highway, the high visibility of which has great potential to capture and serve the commuter traffic market as well as local neighborhood market.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
2.5 blocks will be made available for redevelopment according to completed urban design and economic analysis.
