¹240.315  Community college district board of trustees; board to constitute a corporation.--Each community college district board of trustees is constituted a body corporate by the name of "The District Board of Trustees of  (name of community college) , Florida." In all suits against a board, service of process shall be made on the chair of the board or, in the absence of the chair, on another member of the board.
