Title XXXV AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE, AND ANIMAL INDUSTRY Chapter 570 DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES View Entire Chapter 570.11 Directors; oath of office.—Before entering upon the duties of his or her office, each director of the department shall take and subscribe to the same oath of office as required of state officers by s. 5, Art. II of the Florida Constitution. Such oath must be filed with the Department of State.
