215.29  Classification of Comptroller's warrants; report.--All disbursements made by the state upon Comptroller's warrants shall be classified according to officers, offices, bureaus, divisions, boards, commissions, institutions, other agencies and undertakings, or the judicial branch, and shall be further classified according to personal services, contractual services, commodities, current charges, current obligations, capital outlays, debt payments, or investments or such additional classifications as may be prescribed or authorized by law. Such detail classifications shall be printed in the Comptroller's annual reports.
