216.183  Entities using performance-based program budgets; chart of accounts.--State agencies and the judicial branch for which a performance-based program budget has been appropriated shall utilize the chart of accounts used by the Florida Accounting Information Resource Subsystem in the manner described in s. 215.93(3). The chart of accounts for state agencies and the judicial branch for which a performance-based program budget has been appropriated shall be developed and amended, if necessary, in consultation with the Department of Banking and Finance, the Executive Office of the Governor, and the chairs of the Legislative Budget Commission.
