¹240.20941  Vacant faculty positions.--Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 216.181(8) and (9), and pursuant to the provisions of s. 216.351, actions to reduce positions, rate, or salaries and benefits, excluding salary lapse calculations, taken by the Legislature or by the Executive Office of the Governor which relate specifically to vacant positions, and which are applied on a uniform basis to all state employee positions, may affect the positions within the faculty pay plan approved and administered by the Board of Regents only to the extent that they do so by express reference to this section.
