| Project aims to provide the services of Housing/Home Ownership to 25 low income families in an effort to assist them with their forst ownership. The curriculum includes overviews of buying a home, qualifying for a mortgage, estimating affordable housing payments,loan applications, housing rights, understanding your credit, financing, budgeting, closings, etc. After completing the course, participants will be assisted in locating and purchasing their homes. | |||||||||
