| The project aims to provide the services of Housing/Home Ownership to 25 low income families in an effort to assist them with their first home ownership. The curriculum includes Overview of Buying a Home, Qualifying for Mortgage, Estimating Affordable Housing Payment, Loan Application, Housing Rights, Understanding Your Credit,Financing, Budgeting/Money Management, Inspection, Post-Closing - maintaining your home and handling finacial adversity. On completing the course participants will be assisted in locating and purchasing their homes. | |||||||||
