| Young at Art will use its School Board approved Satellite School ( a national model school recognized with a Florida Dept. of Education excellence award) to develop & deliver a new interactive based curriculum that can improve the FCAT reading test scores of every 4th grade public school student in Broward County beginning with a pilot interactive in 2003/04 with Plantation Elementary School, a "D" school with an 89% African American enrollment. | |||||||||
