| Behavior Modification Outcome Program to provide young expectant mothers with histories of incarceration with pertinent socialization skills, jobs, educational opportunities and ulitmate lifestyle change. | |||||||||

| 100% of all mothers and babies will recieve medical healthcare. 100% of all mothers will recieve psychological services. At least 60% of all needy clients will obtain employment withing 120 days of intake. At least 70% of identified clients shall demonstrate improvement in skill levels on completion of prescribed education or vocational training. At least 75% of clients participating in the job readiness training shall complete the training. All clients requiring housing will recieve assistance in establishing a housing plan and a referral to a social service agency. Follow-up will occur on all clients for 30, 60, and 90 days after placements in jobs, school or other services. 100% of mothers will have a lifestyle service treatment plan developed. | |||||||||
