| To prevent newborn abandonment and loss of life by creating media public awareness campaigns, offering a crisis hotline (24/7 in English, Spanish & Creole), developing &distributing materials/videos, providing lectures to at risk populations and working with resources statewide to create a safety net for vulnerable and desperate young mothers. | |||||||||
