483.311  Display of license.--The license of a center must specify, on its face, the names and addresses of the owner and the medical director, the period for which the license is valid, and, in the case of fixed centers, the location at which procedures are performed. The license must be displayed at all times in a prominent place at the center, where it may be viewed by the public.
