483.322  Offenses.--It is unlawful for any person to:

(1)  Operate, maintain, direct, or engage in the business of operating a multiphasic health testing center unless the person has obtained a license for the center.

(2)  Conduct, maintain, or operate a center unless the center is under the direct and responsible supervision and direction of a medical director who meets the qualifications specified in s. 483.308(1).

(3)  Violate, or aid and abet in the violation of, any provision of this part or the rules adopted under this part.
