Section 322.60, Florida Statutes 2000

322.60  Possession of more than one license prohibited.--A person who drives a commercial motor vehicle in this state may not possess more than one driver's license. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
