570.548  Division of Forestry; powers and duties.--The duties of the Division of Forestry include, but are not limited to, administering and enforcing those powers and responsibilities of the division prescribed in chapters 589, 590, and 591 and the rules adopted pursuant thereto and in other forest fire, forest protection, and forest management laws of this state.
