Title X PUBLIC OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND RECORDS Chapter 111 PUBLIC OFFICERS: GENERAL PROVISIONS View Entire Chapter 111.045 Salaries of officers payable upon requisition.—The salary of every officer shall be payable monthly upon his or her own requisition.
