Title XXXIV ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO Chapter 561 BEVERAGE LAW: ADMINISTRATION View Entire Chapter 561.23 License issued in duplicate; display.— (1) Licenses shall be issued in duplicate. The original license shall be delivered to the licensee; and one copy shall be retained by the division. (2) All vendors licensed under the Beverage Law shall display their licenses in conspicuous places on their licensed premises.
