Title XLVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AND CORRECTIONS Chapter 925 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE View Entire Chapter 925.0352 Notice of hearings in capital cases; expedited hearings.— (1) A notice of hearing must be filed contemporaneously with each pleading filed with the court in a capital case.
