Title XXVII RAILROADS AND OTHER REGULATED UTILITIES Chapter 366 PUBLIC UTILITIES View Entire Chapter 366.125 Natural gas jurisdiction limits.—Any provision of this chapter to the contrary notwithstanding, the jurisdiction of the commission over the sale of natural gas shall not extend beyond the outlet of the customer’s meter set assembly when the means of delivery of natural gas is other than by pipeline.
