282.21  The State Technology Office's electronic access services.--The State Technology Office may collect fees for providing remote electronic access pursuant to s. 119.085. The fees may be imposed on individual transactions or as a fixed subscription for a designated period of time. All fees collected under this section shall be deposited in the appropriate trust fund of the program or activity that made the remote electronic access available.
