Title XXXII REGULATION OF PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS Chapter 476 BARBERING View Entire Chapter 476.074 Legal, investigative, and inspection services.— (1) The department shall provide all legal services needed to carry out the provisions of this act. (2) The department shall provide all investigative services required by the board or the department in carrying out the provisions of this act.
