15.0913  Performance standards.--To meet the requisite standards of time and reliability for document filing and information furnished by the Bureau of Uniform Commercial Code of the Division of Corporations, the Department of State shall file all Uniform Commercial Code documents within 3 working days after the time they are received by the bureau.
