17.08  Accounts, etc., on which warrants drawn, to be filed.--All accounts, vouchers, and evidence, upon which warrants have heretofore been, or shall hereafter be, drawn upon the treasury by the Comptroller shall be filed and deposited in the office of Comptroller or the office of the Comptroller's designee, in accordance with requirements established by the Secretary of State.
