Section 372.106, Florida Statutes 2000
372.106 Dedicated License Trust Fund.--
(1) There is established within the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission the Dedicated License Trust Fund. The fund shall be credited with moneys collected pursuant to ss. 370.0605 and 372.57 for 5-year licenses and replacement 5-year licenses.
(2) The fund shall be exempt from the provisions of s. 215.20.
