Section 383.301, Florida Statutes 2000
1383.301 Licensure and regulation of birth centers; legislative intent.--It is the intent of the Legislature to provide for the protection of public health and safety in the establishment, construction, maintenance, and operation of birth centers by providing for licensure of birth centers and for the development, establishment, and enforcement of minimum standards with respect to birth centers.
